Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis until an orgasm is achieved. There is hardly any young man who does not masturbate. There are several possible factors which can tempt the younger generation to masturbate like bad company, where the children discuss sexual topics and engage themselves in masturbation. Another cause which invites masturbation is the unhygienic state of the genital organ, since collection of smegma in the pit of glans leads to sexual excitement in several cases. 
Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate parasympathetic nervous functions. It can result in over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually large amount of these hormones & neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic.
